Surfers Healing
Here's some awesome video footage of some of the Surfers Healing, VB campers and their amazing volunteers! Thanks Trey White for putting this together and for your dedication to the cause. And many thanks to all the volunteers who continually give of themselves to give these kids the stoke! The Surfers Healing 5k is on Active.com as one of the Top 10 Beach Run's! Come down and chip in through running, volunteering, etc... This is a MUST DO event on August 21st!
2010 Military Challenge
An ultimate military style confidence course will feature a 5K run/obstacle course designed to challenge even the most fit individual. Civilians are welcome to compete alongside the military and take on obstacles used in military training. Individuals or teams of five may compete. We will also host a kids’ mini challenge where children will have to conquer mini obstacles.show/hide
This event will prove to be fun for the entire family with food, family entertainment and a post race party with live music. Teams and individuals will compete for the top honors and all finishers will receive a medal. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit The American Red Cross.
